When viewing an existing customer's details, a quick view of specific data points will aid in better understanding the customer holistically.
The WineDirect Customer List will provide an overview of the most pertinent customer information. Access Customer Listsin when logged into Winedirect under Customer List on the main dashboard.
From here, the data available for each customer is Name, Email Address, Group, Credit Available, Number of Lifetime Orders, and Time Since their Last Order.
Customer details can be edited by clicking the Elipses (...) on the right side of the customer row.
Existing Customer's Report
When viewing an existing customer's details, a quick view of specific data points will aid in better understanding the customer holistically.
Field | Function |
Total sales | The dollar amount the customers have spent the entire time they have been customers. |
Avg. Order Value | The average dollar amount spent per order the customer has made. |
Order Frequency | the average of how often the customer places an order monthly. |
Loyalty Points | The total amount of loyalty points the customer can use. |
Orders | The total number of orders the customer has placed overall. |
Customer Created | The date the customer was added. |
Last Order | The date of the most recent order the customer has placed. |
Customer Status | The grouping that has been selected for the customer will be displayed here. The default choices are Club Member, VIP, and Staff. |
