Here is a breakdown of what is and isnβt being migrated from Classic WineDirect to the All-New WineDirect:
Migrated: Customers, orders, products, customer credit cards, clubs & and memberships, all web pages (navigation, blog posts, shop, product, and myaccount pages)
Not migrated: Promotions/coupons, shipping strategies, user accounts, product reviews, emails

The All-New WineDirect harnesses the power of BigCommerce, one of the leading ecommerce solutions. The goal is to migrate all classic WineDirect stores to the All-New WineDirect first, then work on having BigCommerce fully built into the All-New WineDirect.

How do product bundles work?
How do product bundles work?
When you create a product, you can have it be a product bundle with multiple sub-products.
To create a product bundle, add a product by going to PRODUCTS > ADD PRODUCTS. Under the general product settings, change the type to βBundle.β Now, you will see a Sub-products section where you can add products to your product bundle.

The page builder is a tool that lets wineries customize their websites with easy, drag-and-drop functionality.
To access the All-new WineDirect page builder, go to ECOMMERCE > Settings to open the advanced settings. Then, go to Channel Manager, and then pick the storefront you want to edit and the βEdit themeβ button.
What are multiple storefronts? How do I use it?
What are multiple storefronts? How do I use it?
The All-New WineDirect lets wineries use multiple storefronts to suit their business needs, such as for different brands, business units, etc.
To access storefronts in the All-new WineDirect, first go to ECOMMERCE > Storefronts. Here, you can manage storefronts and settings such as order type, shipping origin, inventory pools, etc.

What is Offline mode? How does it work?
What is Offline mode? How does it work?
If internet service is ever disconnected, the WineDirect Point of Sale app allows for an Offline Mode where transactions can be completed and guests can conclude their experiences without interruption.
To enable offline mode, press the ellipses (...) at the top right of the screen and select Settings. On the settings window at the bottom right, a slider can be pressed titled Offline Mode. Once pressed, a notification window will open, confirming that the user is in Offline Mode.
