When creating or editing customer information, the General Information section is the place to fill in all the basic and necessary information to identify your customer. Anything section that is labeled (optional) is not a required field to save and finalize your customer information
Tax Exemption Code - Tax Exempt Codes are used to exempt individuals from paying tax. Mapping customers to tax exempt codes will inform your tax provider when this occurs.
Customer Groups - Choosing a group will allow you to categorize the status of your customer. The default choices are: Wine Club Member, VIP and Staff. There is the option of adding new customer groups.
